SPORTS PERFORMANCE

We offer the most innovative, scientifically sound sports performance training in the Mid-Atlantic region. After a very comprehensive assessment, we set up athletes with a tailor-made program. The program begins with a corrective exercise phase to remedy imbalances found during the assessment. Then the athlete will begin on the performance phase to build on strength, speed, agility, balance and muscle growth (if necessary), needed for the athlete's specific sport or sports. Nutritional counseling is also offered to help the athlete aid in recovery and make more informed dietary decisions.

When it comes to Group Training there are two sides to the coin, and both sides LOVE IT!

The Fitness Side of the Coin
Group Training is the latest trend in the fitness industry. People are experiencing all of the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost. Not only are the results just as good as with one-on-one training there are apparently some advantages to the group format. Recent statistics show that clients involved in Group Training are more consistent with their appointments. Consistency is the key when it comes to personal training. Some of this consistency seems to stem from the feeling of camaraderie that one gets from the Group Training. Participants begin to think of their fellow “classmates” as their fitness family.

Our group rates are as much as 60% discounted from our one-on-one rates! We have several group sessions offered throughout the week. We allow up to six participants per class. Our nationally certified personal training staff offers cutting-edge training designed to get you fast, lasting results. We offer a variety of training programs to fit your schedule, goals and budget. Nutritional counseling is offered to optimize muscle recovery and fat metabolism.

Winners is an after-school program for children ages six through thirteen, designed to not only get your child into better health now, but to simultaneously instill lifelong habits of an active, healthy lifestyle.  


BOOT CAMP FOR WOMEN

If weightlifting and step classes aren't your idea of fun, then this bright-and-early daily exercise regimen is for you. It's a program designed specifically with the female client in mind, and it's performed outside. When you're ready to burn fat and tone muscle in a fun outdoor environment, give us a call.
