"Regarding Training with Rob:

I came into Victory for the first time in January of 2008. I had just recovered from knee surgery and was looking to regain what I had lost from injury. I was also hoping to improve as an athlete in hopes of pursuing a dream by walking on to the Penn State football team. The first day I met Rob, he promised me that he would do everything he could to make me a better athlete. I completely bought into the training and within a few months I recovered from surgery and had no more knee pains. By that time I knew that training with Rob was making a difference. I continued to train throughout the spring and could not only feel the results, but I could see the results.

Every time I worked out at Victory I felt that I improved as an athlete. I was so invested in training at Victory that I did not want to leave to go home for the summer. Rob gave me a job at Victory and I was able to stay all summer and train. I became part of the Victory family and developed special relationships with the whole staff. I continued training with Rob in the fall and the following spring. Rob helped me develop the tools I needed to be a better athlete. While training with Rob over that short span I got stronger, more defined and gained a solid 10 to 15 lbs. At the same time I decreased my forty yard dash from a 5.0 to a 4.71 and decreased my pro agility from a 4.65 to a 4.00.

Unfortunately I did not make the Penn State football team but after seeing the athlete I became I was not going to let my hard work go to waste. I decided to transfer so that I could play football for the University of Delaware Blue Hens. I would not be where I am today without Victory Sports. It became a second home to me and I will continue to train there as much as possible throughout the duration of my football career and will always stay close with the staff. I cannot thank Victory Sports enough for all they have given me."
