ROB OSHINSKIE
Rob Oshinskie, CSCS, SPC, CCS, ACE, has been a sports performance coach and personal trainer for over ten years. His passion for sports and fitness grew out of his experience as a high school and collegiate football player at Bucknell University.

Rob routinely trains highly motivated adults as well as athletes of all levels. Some of his noteworthy clients include: former and current professional football players Aaron Collins, Tim Argiriadi, Shino Prater, and Basim Grant; BMX professionals Jamie Bestwick, Ron Kimler, Kenan Harkin, Axel Jurgens, and Colin Winkleman; In-line Skate legend Chris Edwards; and Skateboard professionals Brian Howard, Judd Heald, and Mike Frazier.

Rob has worked as an assistant strength coach for Penn State University football and served as the Wellness Director for University Orthopedics of State College. Email Rob

JACKIE OSHINSKIE
Jackie Oshinskie, CPT, SPC, specializes in developing exercise programs to increase clients' strength and flexibility and enhance their ability to perform daily and/or sports-specific activities. She has a strong background in several different sports - tennis, biking, skiing basketball, softball - and excelled at volleyball, a sport in which she was a four-time letter-winner in high school and played competitively in college.

Before becoming a certified trainer, Jackie was a nuclear medicine and nuclear cardiology technologist. She has been board certified as both a nuclear medicine technologist and bone densitromitist, and she earned her associate's degree in nuclear medicine technology from the Delaware Technical and Community College. Jackie also has been certified as a sport performance coach by the United States Weightlifting Association. Email Jackie

STEVE JURY
Steve Jury, CPT, CFI, SPC, joined the Victory Sports Performance staff and has provided personal training services in the State College area since January 2003. Before that, he operated Peak Performance Personal Training in southeastern Pennsylvania, which specialized in individual and small group fitness training and boxing/kickboxing conditioning.

Steve also has been certified as a sports performance coach by the United States Weightlifting Association and is a member of the East Coast Gold Weightlifting Team. He is a former competitive road/track cyclist and rugby player and has a background in Hi-tech adventure racing and kickboxing. Email Steve

JESS WEIR
Jessica Weir, SPC, recently received her bachelor's degree in sports medicine from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania. Jess was a strength and conditioning intern for the University of Connecticut's athletic program in the summer of 2002, at which time she also assisted with the Kelli Myers Connecticut Elite Volleyball Camp that took place on the UConn campus. The previous summer, Jess was the strength and conditioning student assistant at Juniata College.

Jess was a member of Mercyhurst's women's basketball team for four years and also played on its softball team in 2000. She has been certified as a sport performance coach by the United States Weightlifting Association. Email Jess

SCOTT LUDWIG
Scott Ludwig, CSCS, received his bachelor's degree in nutrition from Penn State in 2001. From 2001 until joining the Victory Sports Performance staff in September 2003, he provided nutrition and personal training services in the D.C./Northern Virginia area. Most recently, he was the fitness director at Gold's Gym in Alexandria, Virginia.

Before attending Penn State, Scott served five years and attained the rank of sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps. During that time, he developed and conducted group fitness training for Marines who were part of the Remedial Physical Training Platoon. Email Scott

ANDY RYLAND
Andy will graduate from Penn State in May with a degree in Kinesiology; Movement Science. Andy interned with Victory the summer of 2003 before joining the staff full time. A five year member of the PSU Football team, Andy started on special teams and linebacker. He is now a member of the PSU Men's Rugby team. With this background Andy specializes in helping young athletes reach their goals in all sports by designing programs to increase strength, speed and power.

A State College Area High School Graduate, Andy is the second oldest of 9 children. He was captain of the State College's Football and Basketball team as well as playing on a traveling all-star soccer team up until his junior year. Email Andy  

Andy Ryland

DON COINE
Don Coine, NASM, CPT, will be graduating from Penn State in December with a degree in Kinesiology. Don was a 3 year member on the PSU track and field team as a short distance sprinter but specialized in the long jump with a personal best of 25ft 2.5inches. With his sprinting background he is able to help anyone towards their speed and agility goals.

Don just like Andy is a State College Area High School graduate. While there he participated in Track for 4 years and Soccer for 2 years. Don also played soccer his entire childhood and at age 11 began playing for a German junior national soccer team while his family was stationed overseas for 2 and a half years. Email Don

BILL BARNHART
Bill Barnhart, is a NESTA Certified Trainer, he attended Clarion State College where he was on the Track Team and is currently continuing his education at Penn State. He had a 25 Year Drug Free Powerlifting career setting numerous State and National records, some of which still stand to this day. Email Bill
